We also offer a key/garage code service to schedule appointments while you’re at work

We can set that up any time after your first appointment. We’ll send you a courtesy reminder text the night before your appointment.

For your first appointment, we’ll have a lot of questions so we can get to know you and your dog! We’ll setup your pet’s Recorded Profile to make note of your preferences and anything we learn about your dog during the first grooming.

When we’re done, we’ll bring your dog back to your door tail wagging, and we can set up your next appointment.

Appointment Time

Most appointments take 1.5-3 hours. We give an arrival time window of two hours to allow unexpected traffic or weather conditions, and so we won’t be rushed if we are caring for a dog with special needs prior to your appointment. Your dog will be afforded the same benefit for any needs that arise to insure an exceptionally good experience.
We will text you in advance to give a better estimated time of arrival if we cannot arrive at the beginning of the appointment window.

Payments & Policies

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Check or Cash. Our policies include:

• Payment due at the time of service
• $50 returned check fee
• 24-hour cancellation policy
• $75 minimum trip charge
